Physical Education, P.E. is healthy, informative training for kids. This class is to inform kids about the importance of movement and exercise. An exercise program involving a combination of aerobic exercise and bodyweight movement that will help result in improved health and overall wellbeing. Close attention is paid while kids work in a group setting on exercise form, technique, stability and flexibility.
ZUMBA Kids classes are designed to combine movement, music, and community to promote a healthy lifestyle and improve the overall wellbeing of children. These fitness classes are rocking, high-energy dance parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaetón, pop and more.
